She especially loved camping, but relished the family times together around the campfires. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Janesville.
Willie is survived by her loving husband of over 64 years, Al; her five children: Douglas (Lisa) Miland, Daniel (Arlene) Miland, William “Bill” Miland, all of Janesville, Dennis (Prudence) Miland, of Beloit, and Patricia (Steve) Crans, of Evansville; her brother, Raymond (Ellen) Rosenthal, of Mondovi, WI; her sister, Beverly (Richard) Brion, also of Mondovi, WI; her ten grandchildren: Jennifer (Justin) Giemza, Joseph Syverson, Kyle (Nicole) Syverson, Malori (Chad) Spangler, Nicholas Miland, Jenna Miland, Daniel (Christina) Crans, Zackary Miland, Alyssa Miland, and Hope Miland; her two great-grandsons, Bryson and Myles Syverson; her brother-in-law, Harold Goetz, in California; nieces; nephews; and many friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bernard Rosenthal; and her four sisters and brothers-in-law: Lois Rosenthal, Arline (Calvin) Grorud, Lila (Lynn) Peterson, and Elaine Goetz.
